काय झाले या बजेट मध्ये? चांगले की वाईट? सुधारणा की पोलीटिकल स्पिच?
प्रत्येकजन आपाआपल्या प्रमाने अंदाज काढतो. माझ्या मते हे बजेट न्युट्रल होते. FM नी जास्त जोखीम उचलली नाही. सर्वाना खुष ही केले नाही कोणी रागवले ही नाही.

This gives the overall picture of a company. Why read balance sheet? What Do I care about that company? If you are an investor in that company then yes you HAVE to care otherwise NO.
