एक महिनाही नाही. दीड आठवड्यात तिथे गेलेलो असताना मुंबईत जागा हवीच ह्यावर शिक्कामोर्तब होऊन अंडर कंस्ट्रक्शन असलेलं प्रोजेक्ट बघून, बुक करुन परत आलो. आता जेव्हा घर तयार होईल तेव्हा होईल. पण तिकडेही घरातलं, जवळचं कुणीतरी हवं की जे सतत लक्ष ठेवू शकेल. इकडून सगळीच सूत्रं हलवणं कठीण जातं.

There is no point in paying for unnecessory aminities like garden , swimming pool , community hall because builders charge you for the aminities and again you have to pay for using the aminities so it means you have already paid for with no benifit of it. Moreover same aminities available on comercial basis by other civil bodies are less costly.
