Since we were going to the Philippines with flights via Tokyo, we decided to spend 8 days in Japan. This was decided just several weeks before our departure date and I had no idea what I wanted to see and do and how to travel in Japan and the language barrier was a bit scary. But Joanna from Novaland was really quick in organizing our trip. Within a week, everything was organized and booked. She first suggested a sample itinerary with places to visit just a few hours after I had sent the request and, from there, we made some modifications based on our preferences and budget. Being a group of 4, Joanna recommended private tours and private drivers which we really appreciated. We were also able to get French-speaking guides for our city tours. Hotels booked were really good. Good variety of visits in Tokyo, Mount Fuji and Hakone areas, Kyoto and Osaka. We took subways, buses and trains which allowed us to see the people. Thank you to our drivers: Young, Law and Ho San; vans were always very comfortable and clean. And a big thank you to our guides: Toshiyuki Kaba in Tokyo, Yuki Eddie Mitani (driver and guide in Mount Fuji and Hakone areas), and Tassan (Tatsuko Sannami) in Kyoto and Osaka. They were excellent and made us discover Japan. I have experienced many guided tours with large groups. But this was my first experience having private tours just for the four of us and I would definitely do it again and I would definitely do it with Novaland again. The planning and the follow-up prior and during our trip by Joanna was excellent; the 3 times we had to get hold of her, she responded within a few minutes. We were provided a WiFi device so we could use WhatsApp to be in touch with Joanna and the drivers and guides whenever needed. Everybody was always on time (and even earlier) and accommodating. Travelling with Novaland was a GREAT experience!

Incredible Japan experience

We recently travelled through Japan on a 12 day tour organised professionally by Novaland. The visit was an incredible experience and thanks to AMINA for being efficient and always willing to work with us.
We appreciate the support and efforts from Amina even after work to be able to help us out.
Thank you and we will have no hesitation in using Novaland and especially AMINA again to organise another tour. Yuki tour guide was amazing in Tokyo.
