BMM 2013 is just over a month away and by now you must have received a confirmation e-mail from us.
We are looking forward to welcoming you at the Convention and are committed to a hassle-free registration process. To facilitate a smooth check-in, please make sure that you bring a hard copy of the confirmation e-mail and a Government Issued Photo ID .
For your convenience, advance check-in will be available on the July 4th evening at Omni Hotel. Regular check-in will start on July 5th morning at the Convention Center. A detailed email will be sent to you soon. We encourage you to check-in on July 4th so you can head straight to the dining area for breakfast on July 5th morning.
Those of you who will be driving to the convention may take the advantage of the pre-negotiated parking rate of $15/day (without in-out privilege) and park at the RICC parking lot. This parking lot is conveniently located and is within walking distance of convention hotels i.e. Omni, Hilton, Biltmore and Courtyard.
