Bhavishyacha pratyay (chagala wait) jasta yeto rashi same asalya ki kinva chandra surua, lagna rashila jasta graha asale ki patriket. Dasha Antardasha and Gochari affect quite a bit if signs are same.
Dasha/Mahadasha hya lagna raashikadun jasta (or 100%) anubhavas yetat pun tya chandra rashikadun sudhha baghitalya pahijet. But Gochari che graha chandra rashikadun jasta anubhavas yetat. (that is why daily/weekly predictions in papers are based on chandra rashi).
Of course Shani going over any planets makes it tough for karakatva of that planet or overall sthamahatmya but BIG/slow moving planets in gochar like shani, Guru, raahu, ketu shoudl be evaluated as per Moon sign.
It could be a good excersize to check lagnanakshatra-bindu mahadasha table and also Ravi mahadasha table along with usual chandra mahadasha.

Makar raas overall can expcet increasing responsibility until Oct 2006. After Oct 2006, 1 year would be VERY Good and your job chnage would be possible for sure after that. Currently you are in Guru mahadasha and as it is in 4th house, maaydeshat bhagyoday chances are quite good. Also abroad chances are there as Guru is owner of 12th and 3rd house (house of travels). As currently Saturn is going over Saturn and Mars in the horoscope I suspect that you could run into some issues w.r.t siblings. Some diff of opinion and some in fighting is possible until Oct 2007. There could be some lungs related issues too. As Mars is in Ashlesha, it also shows some issues w.r.t blood in distant future and some indication coudl be there until Oct 2007 (Diabetic, thyriod etc?).
As Mars and Saturn are in 7th to chandra, advisable to marry/get in long term relationshiop around/after 29.5 age (if possible). 7th house also show extrenal parts of the reproductive organs and shani mangal in 7th hosue could show some injuries w.r.t that (playing cricket etc).
For buying a house mahadasha/antardasha is good (Guru/Shukra) from Feb 2006. However I suggest caution as Shukra is in 6th house. Anyways currently there is a lot of bubble in Pune for real estate in *my* opinion.

On second thought, माझ्या प्रश्नाला अनुल्लेखाने मारा. कारण असे की 'कर्मण्येऽवाधिकारस्ते ... ' वगैरे वगैरे. तर मी माझे कर्तव्य करतो, इमानदारीने, नि मग देवाला काय फळ द्यायचे ते देवच ठरवेल. धंदा सुरु करण्यापूर्वी विचारले असते तर ठरवता आले असते, की करायचा का नाही, आता काय, जरी चुकीच्या रस्त्यावर आलो, तरी योग्य रितीनेच त्यावरून बाहेर पडायला नको का?

I think so. Paachu and Pushkaraj in my opinion are not opposite but paachu is also chatur pana, wise pana, commerce oriented, wyapari wrutti. political nature (chanakya pana) etc. Ani Pushkaraj ha adhyatmik, adhi bhoutik, dyanasagar for the prupose of ebing dyani not at the purpose of profiting directly from it. BUt Paachu pushkaraj is WAY better than Paachu, Powale !
Paachu, ani POwale ekatra ghatale tar Shahrukh whayacha manasacha...throroughly confused if managlik or boudhdhik...! (SHahrukh che lagni Vrushchikeche Budh and Mangal ahet, Ras makar ani shani kumbh ani Ravi TUL asunachi he vrushiketale mars/budh swabhav totally change karatat)

पाचु वापरला तर नीच राशीतल्या बुधाचे परीणाम कमी होतील असे वाटते. पुष्कराज मात्र धार्मीक दृष्ट्या अन प्रकृती स्वास्थ्यासाठी पण खुप परीणामकारक ठरतो. माझ्या ओळखीच्यानी माझ्या शेजारच्या मुलाला पोटाच्या तक्रारीकरता अन इतर गोष्टींकरता पुष्कराज वापरायचा सल्ला दिला. त्याने तो मुंबईतुन लागु बंधुंकडुन घेतला. परीणाम चांगले आहेत, पुर्वीपेक्षा आता तब्येत पण चांगली आहे. पण त्या चोख पुष्कराजची किंमत जवळपास १४ हजार आहे.(सोन्यात घातल्याने आणखी वर वाढले ते वेगळेच )
झक्की किती गोंधळ घालता हो तुम्ही. जन्मवेळ अन तारखेची जर नीट माहिती नसेल तर कोण कसे सांगणार तुम्हाला? अन जर चुकीची माहिती चुकुनच दिली गेली तर परत तुम्ही ज्योतिष्य शास्त्र खोटे ठरवणार ते वेगळेच.

Kundali ta la konta hi Shubh planet anukul (Swagruhi, Ucchi cha mitra sthani) asel tar tya graha cha gem jarur ghala va.
Best Yellow Sapphire (Pushakaraj) chi kimat is around Rs. 6000-7000/ carate (kamit kami) aahey (unheated, from Srilankan Mines).
Atleast 3 carate cha gem tari ghala va lagato for good effect. One cannot make out difference between Yellow Sapphire and Topaz. Most of the people sale Topaz as Pushkaraj. Which cost around Rs. 6000-7000 for 3 carates.

Yes!!!...So, I think if one uses Pushkaraaj along with Paachu...Considering nature of Budha, (Jyachyabarobar rahato, tasa vaagto)...Pushkaraaj will take care of Paachu's business nature and uses its 'Budhdhi' in improving the Adhyatma or adhi-bhoutik things, those related to Pushkaraaj...So, one can use his/her 'Budhdhi' in a right direction in an appropriate way, if one uses both...what say?...
