4. When the butter melts, and 2/3 spoons of cumin (jeera).

8. Add paprika , and a little black pepper powder as per your taste.
9. Add dhana-jeera powder about 2 spoons.
10. Add 2 spoons of Tandoori Masala ( do not ask me why Tandoori.. I add it just because it tastes good)
11. Fry this all for 2/3 minutes.
12. Add 3 spoons of plain yogurt and mix it well.
13. Fry for another 2/3 minutes.
14. Add water and salt as per your liking.
15. Reduce the flame to low, cover the pan and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
16. Add 2/3 spoons of Nestle cream (you get it canned, Nestle brand is the best). You can add more if you like.
17. Add chopped mushrooms and boil for 3 minutes.
18. Then add 2/3 spoons of "Kasoori Methi" ( you can buy this in the spices section of Indian groceries, Everest brand is good, so is badshah)
19. Lastly add the paneer ( cubed and shallow-fried). Simmer for 1 minute.
20. While serving top with chopped cilantro.
