This is my frank opinion ... Whatever happended to you was really bad ..But there is someting you got to understand... How did your wife manage to keep you in lock-up ??? >> Laws are heavily in womens favour (justified) so even a small report (may be false) against husband/in-laws puts them behind bar without questioning. True you have to act smartly to avoid this. My friend had a similar problem, his wife one evening suddenly went away to her parents house without informing or saying anything. My friend judged what has happened and simply put this as an report in local police station stating that she has gone away and kept on updating it with what happened next, that way he smarted out any possible move by the girl to lock him up. They are now divorced and he said he tried to patch but the laws are so tricky that if his wife acts same again he might be in trouble, because in India once you forgive her and bring her back, next time if she goes away and registers a complaint you might end up in lock up as her previous act will not be taken into consideration at all as you have "forgiven" her and this is "new" case!!, and he was awry of this as he had seen ample cases of her eratic behaviour in past.
As Dinesh has said above he was out of country when this was unfolding and so was caught unware, I guess. I feel extremely sorry for him and ... don't know what to add.

what rangya says is correct. The police and judiciary is so corrupt that the provisions of law and truth etc. really does not matter.
Dinesh, what is your current status ? Are all the cases against you closed ? Are you still trying to get the custody ? please hire a good lawyer who has experience of managing such type of work and he would take up the job on turnkey basis. You will be required to spend some money though. and yes, the lawyer should be chosen carefully.
Since i am in the same field, I know some good lawyers in Nasik / Poona who can handle this stuff. I you want, I can find out somebody from Bombay.

firstly i have to appreciate the courage that u have.i know it may sound a bit callous but reading this story made me remember once again ki dista tasa sagla nasta.suddenly the problems i thought to be so big in my life r appearing negligible.i hope that u continue to retain ur self confidence which is the basic thing needed for survival in tough times.
secondly i know what i ask may seem repeatative but i have to ask.will it not be possible for u to continue to meet ur child.i know ki te bacchu la survatila thoda confusing hoil ,maybe even upset him.but in long run i think it will be beneficial for all.this i think because ur meeting him will help to develop ur relationship with the child.moreever it can also be the stabilising factor.karan children r actually more perspective then we think.he obviously is aware of all that is going on around him.and unfortunately it is going to leave some mark on him.if u continue to keep on meeting him ,this will assure him abt ur love for him and simultaneosly he may also start thinking of u as the stablity which he needs.with so many people going in and out of his life due to his mothers behaviour he maybe in need of a stable factor which keeps on assuring him that there is someone who loves him irrespective of what happens in his life. mala asa vatataki today if u stay away from him won't he ask u tommorrow y u gave up fighting for him when he needed u so badly?i know this is going to be like chota tondi motha ghaas.but if it is permissible for u to be in touch with the bacchu ,i feel u should be.it will do 1000 times more good then bad because u r the only stable loving person he will have in these turbulent times he is facing.

Some Questions or doubts:-
Dinesh is CA as he told.
He says he want to write some stories about his Medical Proession . How if he is CA ?
He was CA at the age of 22 :- As i know, CA is 7 years after 12TH so atleast 26 .
His wife can manage the police and he not? His brother in law is a Brother of former minister. This is unbelivable, former minister cant HANDLE police. Even i can do so!!
I have doubt about the reality of this story. May be this is one of the STORY written by Dinesh. Then hatts off to him as he got the best respons from Audiance .
Also second Happy part is also not posted here, enhances the possibility of Fake Story by Dinesh.

As i know, CA is 7 years after 12TH so atleast 26 >> I do not want to comment upon validaty of the story though it is possible to be a CA at the age of 22. I know at least 2 such examples.. In fact one of them had completed CA at the age of 21.

Though I hate all these things from my bottom of heart for that poor girl but this result or the clues(High court results) which were refered in this case can help you.
