तान्या आज थांबशील तर जरा त्या मुलीला ती कामावरुन आल्यावर विचारेन. तुझ्या बहिणीला प्रोग्रामींग मध्ये किती आवड आहे, अन तिला ते झेपेल का हे पण नीट विचार. ती अभ्यासात कशी आहे ते पण जाणुन घे.
बाकी माहिती मी उद्या देते, मला वाटत तु उद्या तिला आधी तिची बेसिक आवड विचारुन घ्यावीस. बाकी पुढे ती M.Com किंवा कंपनी सेक्रेटरी वगैरे किंवा Foreign Currency मध्ये पण diploma घेऊ शकेल. प्रवासी संस्थांमध्ये खुप डिमांड आहे ग.

तन्या. aptech मधे पन चौकशी करायला सांग. मी B.Com केलेय आणि side by side aptech
anyway कोणताही course केला तरी त्याचा real मधे फायदा होतोच असे नाही, तेथल्या शिकवणीने फक्त basic idea येते. NIIT, Aptech दोन्ही ठिकाणी course full time नसतात आठवड्यातुन ३ दिवस, २ तास. ह्या course चा fresher ला नोकरी मिळवायला फारसा फायदा होत नाही, आणि B.Com label वल्याला तर नाहीच नाही. तुझ्या बहिनीला जर परदेशात यायची ईच्छा असेल तर तिला प्रथम कोणततरी masters join करायला सांग. आणि मग side by side NIIT किंवा Aptech .
बाकीच्या वेळात काय करनार त्याचा पन प्रश्न सोडऊन ठेवायला सांग. माझ्या मते रिकाम्या वेळात japanese किंवा दुसरी कोणतीतरी language शिकायला सांग, japanese मधे चांगलाच वेळ जातो. मी ६ माहीने try केले आणि सोडुन दिलेले.

अरे मग जापनीज कशाला शिकायची? 
गंमत करतेय, आहे जरा कठिण ही भाषा पण आता भविष्यात स्कोप दिसतोय. पण हे ही खरे आहे की प्रोग्रामिंग पेक्षा तिने स्प्रेडशीट म्हणजे एक्सेल, Outlook किंवा पूर्ण ms- Office केलेले बरे अन ते ही साइड बाय साइड जर तिला नोकरी मिळत असेल पार्ट टाईम तर हे पण ती शिकु शकतेच.
मात्र जापनीज पेक्षा फ्रेंच अन स्पॅनिश बरी चटकन शिकायला अन स्कोप आहेच. English वर कमांड must .
aptech मुंबईत चांगली आहेच, पुण्यात काही ठिकाणी ती बंद झाली.

तीला आज मी फोन करेनच. हल्ली तिथे मुलींना काही ideas असतीलच, पण थोडा proper guidance ही लागतो. ती मला वाटतं, B.Com. व्हायच्या आधीपासुनच maxmuller मध्ये german शिकायला जाते. computers आणि मला वाटत तीला airline शी निगडीत एखादा job पहायचा आहे.
तिला NIIT जाऊन चौकशी करायला सांगते. तुम्ही दोघांनी छान मार्गदर्शन केल्याबद्दल परत एकदा thanks!

MBA-IT/ MBA-Systems साठी अर्थातच SYMBI चांगले आहे.. त्या व्यतिरिक्त ईन्डसर्च आहे..
माझ्या माहितीप्रमाणे फ़र्ग्युसनहि सुरू करतय हे कोर्सेस.

इथे कोणी रिसर्च मधे असलेलं आहे का? मी MSc करण्याचा विचार करत्येय पण मला हवा असलेला course taught course नाहीये. research करत असलेल्या कोणाशी मला बोलता आलं तर फ़ार बरं होईल. कसा अभ्यास करावा लागतो, मला झेपणारं आहे की नाही त्याचा अन्दाज ये ईल.

Are you hoping to do a Masters ? Or Post Graduate diploma courses ? Are you hoping some one will tell you what you should /should not do ? Wouldn't it be easier if you tried to find some information on your own, choose a few options that seem suitable to you and then ask people for their opinions or experiences.
BTW, the sharpest network adminstrator that I have met so far had a BA in Literature and an MA in Art history. She was also an accomplished sculptor in her spare time.

म्हण्जे नक्की काय म्हणायचे आहे तुला? मला काही अर्थ उमगला नाही.
आणि तो जे विचारतोय त्यात काही चूक नाही वाटत मला.
pal मला असे वाटते की तुला वेगवेगळे courses किन्वा universities ह्यान्ची माहिती हवी आहे.

All I wanted to say was, you don't necessarily have to depend on post graduate courses to further your career. You can always study if that is your interest. But what effect ( if any ) it has on your career is highly questionable - especially in the software, IT, Networking fields.
I was also hoping Pal could do some research on her own. A lot of this information is available on the web. She can read, compare and then ask for help or opinions on specific options.
