Hi All
Please don't buy "US Direct Calling cards".
They are a fraud company.
I got the card ( 1 888 699 2128) from Edison, NJ to call India. The calling card does not connect you to India, but takes off minutes almost at will.
I called the customer service numbers at 1 888 699 2120 and they say that I was connected for three minutes which is a total lie. They say they cannot refund the money back at all. I asked to speak to the manager and they wud not put me through, the CS is extermely rude and do not know how to talk.
Please do not waste your hard earned money.
Let me know if you have had similar problem with this company, lets get together and teach them a lesson.

my friend also had a similar experience from the above said company...by the way folks which are the calling cards which are more reliable with better service...these days i m going for razacomm.com but would like to hear if u have any other good deals offered by other people

Well, then lets spread the word around -- lets all unite and not buy these cards at all -- tell all your friends and family too -- lets get them out of business.

I have had the same problem with Just4India. It was newly introduced and I decided to try it out by buying a $ 10 card. It was sheer waste since I never got connected and every attempt to connect would result in loss of about 5 minutes even though teh card was supposed to have no connection fee, disconnection fee, rounding fee, maintenance fee etc.
Another problem in this case was that they do not have a customer service phone number; they just have an email address. I did a lot of correspondence with them . But the only thing which they did after a lot of investigation(??) was refund me 1 minute for one call which I tried to make. They also say that the Carrier is responsible for the service and they cannot do anything about it.
Please do not waste your money on Just4India phone cards.
I have since then started using premium card from wqn.com which offers a good service(good call quality for no connection fee, no maintenance fee and 1 minute rounding) and also has a very good customer service. Once when I bought a new card for 92 mins and was not able to make any more calls after just one call of 5 minutes, they gave me another card of full 92 minutes and apologized for the inconvenience.

TCC pro Asia he calling card changale aahe. No problems whatsoever. eka try madhye connection milate va ekdam clear asate. $5 la 17 mins va $10 la 34 mins milatat- if you finish it off in one call. call cut karun parat lavala tar 3 mins cut hotat. he ek sodalyas baki kahi problem nahi
