Has anybody explore options for credit monitoring services ? There are ample choices available and wondering if anyone has done comparison ?
I have been checking these for last few weeks and would like to know other inputs. So far equifax's 3 in 1 gold seem to be best option for value.

I have equifax 3in 1, that is good too. Additionally, if you register in this your spouse can be enrolled for free. Equifax Credit Watch(TM) Gold with 3-in-1 Monitoring is a comprehensive credit-monitoring service from all three credit reporting agencies, which will alert you via e-mail to certain changes in your credit file within 24 hours of being posted to their database. Additionally, you receive $20,000 of identity theft insurance and access to Fraud Specialists 24 hours a day & 7 days a week, one free credit report ( when I had enrolled it was not free now it does not matter and unlimited access to your Equifax Credit Report(TM). Their notificatiosn are almost instantenous.

anyways, thanks vin, I picked up equifax option too. $130 per year is not very high price to pay for prevention
