If some one has capacity to work like others though her age is 50+ than why they donot get working visa? if some one wants to help her son who is studying in other country.Why age limit is 45 not 55 if her health is very good and she is working as the best sales manager in India

हाय,
dependent visa वर UK मध्ये job करता येतो. पण work permit holder परत गेल्यानंतर dependent आपला job continue करु शकतो का? (जर dependent visa अजुन valid असेल तर.. dependent visa तरीही valid राहतो का..?

म्हणजे काय? कायमचा? जर त्याचे w/p valid असेल तर त्या dependent ला काम करायला काहीही प्रॉब्लेम असू नये. तसं इथे रोज थोडंच कोणी येऊन विचारणार की 'तुमचा मेन व्हिसा वाला कोठे आहे?'

Pia: You need H1 if you will be recieving "salary check" or receiving payment for your services by any means for which you will have to pay taxes. It does not matter if you work for non-profit or regular organization, as long as you are paid for your services and organization reports that employee income to IRS, by law you are required to have H1 visa for eligible to work.

मला या वर्षी h1 visa साठी apply करायचा आहे. Sulekha.com या साईट वर बरेच Consultants आहेत पण मला specifically NY मधल्या Consultants ,Institute विषयी माहीती हवी आहे. जे Training And H1 visa Sponsorship provide करतात.
कोणाला माहीती असल्यास इथे जरुर सांगावे.

H1 Visa वर IT क्षेत्रात Programmer, S/W Engg., DBA, QA, BA.... शिवाय आणखी कोणत्या Opportunity असतात. मी S/W field मधे नाही व मला S/W or Hardware मध्ये interest नाही मग H1 वर मला काय काय काम करता येईल. Please Help and Thanks.

Sas: As of my knowledge, if you happen to have your original H1 approval document from INS it states 2 specific things:
1. Job Title - "field" your H1 is approved for
2. Company holding your H1
Which means you cannot work for another employer unless you X'fer your H1 and to change your field from IT to Finance (not IT finance) or Manufacturing or Chemical industry, I believe you will need to apply for a new H1. As long as you stay in the same field (job title may change over period)for which you have h1 approval you should be fine. Although do check with your lawyer to confirm all information you gather from various places.
You may also try for IT recruiting! or positions like IT project coordinator/administrator etc.

माझ H1 अजुन नाही आल पण मी file करणार आहे या वर्षि but मला IT S/W or Hardware मध्ये नाही जायच.
मी सध्या ज्या Indian Consulting Firm साठी Volunteer Work करतेय ती माझ H1 करणार आहे. कदाचित माझ्या Field मध्ये 'IT recruiting' च लिहिल जाईल पण मी H1 वर Management or Admin ची IT काम करण्यात interested आहे rather than recruiting.
Recruting शिवाय आणखी कोणति काम मला करता येतिल. (त्या नुसार मी माझ Field भरायला सांगेन माझ्या H1 Sponsoring Firm ला)
दुसर
H1 वर लायब्ररी Admin वा School मध्ये Teaching अशी काम करता येतात का? If Yes then लायब्ररी, शाळा या शिवाय आणखी कोणति काम H1 वर करता येतात.
माझ्या एका मैत्रिणिच H1 Apply करण्याच चालु आहे पण तिला जास्त Work load and Time Taking प्रोफ़ेशन नकोय. तिला Part-time वा वर लिहिल्या प्रमाणे साध्या कामात रस आहे. Work from home हे तिला खुप जमणार आहे कारण बाहेर जावुन ८ तासाचा Job हे तिला करायच नाहि.Consulting firms अश्या प्रकारचे H1 करतात का?? Thank you.

Sas: As I mentioned earlier, you can work on h1 in any industry but the field "IT" remains the same. So as you said, you can work in library or school but for IT work. About part time jobs you may have to talk to a lawyer or check Immigration Portal Forums BB for more information.
