(1) I think I have already given some advice to you (Home/Marriage). Here is some more
(2) From start 2009, you would enter "magical" 3 years of Guru's transit in 9, 10 & 11th house from Moon. These would ne
(a) 2009: Bhagyoday karak changes in life, bhagyodaykarak travel and maybe job change or responsibility change in the job. Deputation which is very good etc.
(b) 2010: Increasing responsibility, Good to have Tensions in job: Why I am reporting to this guy, I am better/senior to him etc etc. Issues with seniors for more power, better salary etc etc
(c) 2011: Realization of all the efforts of 2010, credit for everything you have done in last 2 years. LABH from all quarters especially friend-circle...every contact that you would establish until 2010 would be useful in 2011 in 11th Guru.

(1) He is a manglik and fierce at that! 1st house Mars and Sun. BUT she has got Moon in 1st house that makes them VERY GOOD with each other. But still he would need to control aggression etc from time to time.
(2) He has Moon and Uranus in 7th house with moon's 7th house having Sun MarsMercury etc with wakri Saturn aspecting 7th house. So overall it is good that he is getting married a bit late.
(3) Despite Manglik issue I think this would be a good marriage and 2008 would be a good year to marry.
Depending on the "mould" of Jyotishi (conservative/purogami etc) the outcome of analysis would be different. So although there are some issues that they can work out easily I don't see much issue. They can consult a professional astrologer if necessary.
I think this guy can wear Raahu's Gomed in Middle finger as Raahu is with Wakri Shani. This is for protection & not for good luck etc. There could be some heart related history in the family and as it is 5th(Santati) house, this would be very good.
Overall issues here would be practical: acceptance of her & her kid by his parents/family and also by him as the kid is 8 years old! Patrika point of view they are natural match despite he being younger due to Moon Mars coherence, venus same place, same ascendant and complimenting moon signs.

(1) 2006 was VERY good for him due to 11th Guru, 2007 was below average etc due to 12th Guru. He must be feeling the void iin 2007 due to 11th Guru's great results in 2006.
(2) In 2008, Guru would be going over moon sign in 10th house, aspecting Guru in 4th house which is dashamesh, this would be very good from career point of view. Getting along well with female folks/seniors at workplace would be the key. He wil get good support from females at workplace.
(3) His Venus is in Aries and opposite to Harshal in Tul raashi and also kendra with Mars. Needs ot be very careful while getting married as Moon's 7th house owner mercury is also with it in Aries and opposite to Harshal/Kendra Mars.
(4) in 2008 Guru would also aspect Venus/Mercury and as it aspects moon & its 7th house, this is a VERY good year for marriage, even 2006 wasn't bad at all. Even 2008 is also good from Santati point of view.
(5) This guys would have a lot of going back-n-forth while "mulagi baghane". If he says No he would later repent and vice versa due to Shukra in Aries with Budh. This needs ti be avoided by rational and straightforward thinking.
(6) Background/family check, patrika check are a must while getting married due ot point 3 above.
(7) Career wise 2008 is good as mentione above and 2009 would be much better from Money-flow poiint of view. (Even real estate, house is VERY MUCH likely in 2009 for sure)

(1) Nodoubt that you are at a higher post as you have so called "Raajyog" in the horoscope.
(2) Horoscope is of VERY high level due to 1. Raajyogkarak mangal in 1st house with lagnesh Ravi and also 11th/2nd owner Budh...This is GREAT and you would fetch success by hard-work and focus and gain a position of status. 6th house Raahu is also a power-house, Shatrunchi daanaa-dan udawine etc
(3) Even Guru is in 5th house but in Moola nakshatra. Better tohave 1st santati as girl, if son then some issues until age of 3/4 are there (nothign serious but chhotya/minor katkati/apachan. low weight, payala jakham hote etc)
(4) Raashi is Vrushchik, so after 2005 of 11th Guru, 2006 and 2007 would have been a bit lower side. BUT now until Dec 2011 you have a very good period due to 10th and 11th Shani to moon and also 2md to 5th Guru transit would be VERY succesful. Even 2008 would be very good to you due to 2nd Guru & also Guru would be going over Guru, resolving (if any) Santati issues and also good news on Santati/Family front.
(5) Car etc sathi anytime is a good time....kadhihi hoil, speciallly 2007 was good and 2008 is better still.
(6) 10th house Shani shows at times thinking that "I am better than others or better than boss/seniors etc etc" This doesn't help in the long run. So need to deal diplomatically with seniors.
