Thks for your advice. just a couple of things
Is 12th Guru the cause of so much of mental stress on the job front (though my immediate boss is supportive, my super boss is uncompromising & since this is a new job with new & a different kind of profile , i have been a slow starter). I lost my mother on 2nd nov'06 & my father in April 05. since they both were active, very supportive & since we stayed jointly things became difficult.will change of guru bring in relief from work/job prespective.
secondly does "low profile mean taking up new jobs with less responsibility(jhepel thevadich zavabdari gyachi ka??"
Does overall caution" mean staying away from home loans etc...I had been planning to buy a new house..... pls advice.

(1) 2008 is going to be a VERY good year for you due to 5th guru to so many planets in Leo sign in 11th house in your horoscope.
(2) Until Sept 2009 Shani is going over all those plantes in the leo sign so be careful and do not take VERY big risks as far as possible.
(3) Mahadashas are very good currently, Moon has strted from Jun 2006. This is going ot be a great one until 2016.
(4) So for better job Nov 2007 onwards & whole of 2008 is a GREAt period.

(1) Sorry! I forgot about your query about your daughter. Let me check. The issues were not a big deal it is just that anyways you need to take care of kids until age of 5 etc.
(2) You are right: Yogya direction would take her to GREAT heights as lots of plantes in UDIT golardha. The health advise is just a suggesiton and not very specific etc kind of worry!!
(3) Yes. Owner of 12thouse where there are multiple planets including lagnesh is with Guru (Shukra). This helps a LOT. This yuti would be a great benific for her. Guru also takes care of shukra being in kanya raashi. Kanya raashi shulra is GREAT for almost all the aspetcs except that it could lead to intercast marriage.

(1) 2 Grahandarmyan janma: This is a non issue. Exactly at the time of grahan janma asle tar effect howu shakato...not inbetween two grahan deparated by a few dyas!!
(2) I suggest making her listen MAHUMAN Stotra everyday and Raamraksha everyday. This will HELP A LOT. Have I advised this to you before? I might have!
(3) This Raam and Hanuman puja would help a LOT fo sure.
Baaki jasti kalaji karu naka. Guru is aspecting Shani & Ravi very well. So no worries. Onbly thing is that lagnesh is with Raahu so Hanuman and Ramraksha would help.
Attach janma zhala ahe 5 varshe tar howu dya! Apan shikshan etc etc sagale nanter bagu!

(1) LOw profile means no BIG BANG theory. From home point of view I think you havwe to do what you have to do.
(2) You can go ahead wiht it after Nov 2007 & if possible in mid 2008.
(3) Yes 12th Guru specially when it is Raashi-swani so it is adouble effect..causes worries and delays. But it is life cycle after onme GREAT year of 11th Guru!! Multiple success in 11th GUru would be of course followed by some stagnancy of 12th Guru. It is not only inevitable, it is necessary lke RBI Governer increasing interest rates!

Mhanje overheated economy kivha car la parat thodya vel thambavun pudhe proceed karnya sarkha ka ?.
So from nov 2007 onwards will it reduce current worries & delays?
Also ur observation that after nov 2007, there is a possiblity of a long term & long distance travel, does this mean going out of country(I am actually not keen to go out for a job outside india at this stage of life, as it unsettles kids(relocating means change of school for kids, making new friends, for some kids this might be painfull, my daugther is in 6th std now, i do not want to take chances with her studies for my career, but if it is essential & inevitable , only then i will opt for it & would prefer going out of India then relocating to some other part of the country( Pune & Bangalore are the only places where one can relocate, Pune is the best choice , as i belong to mumbai & i like pune very much & pune gives u that homely feeling.I have travelled a lot across the country & i can bet on my own , as well as my friends & aquaintances that North is worst(no offences to any cast or creed, just my view) & East does not have any work culture & south except Bangalore is very conservative & boring, after all money cannot buy everything.
