Milind, Your post on Shani bhraman was very informative to make my queries clear. Its hard to have this patience to answer so many posts months after months.
When you say a planet goes OVER another planet, is it looked through the horoscope or actual sky positions? well both mean the same, but for eg. when we say shani or guru is going over some other planet, say mars, is it that when both those planets are on the same side of their orbits? and when we say guru is currently 7th to shukra or some planet like that, it is making a 210 degree angle(360/12*7) with that planet and thats when the predictions are made of such positions? or all of this is actually wrt to earth's position?

When I say Guru is going over Shukra, it means GOCHAR/Current Guru is going over/7th to PATRIKA Shukra.
i.e PAtrika of a person born in 74 has Shukra in Vrushabh. So currently Guru (actual planet) which is in Scorpio sign w.r.t earth is 7th to the patrika Shukra..
Gochar and Mahadasha is good enough for most of the predictive astrology (looking at Horoscope and Navamansh)
But analysis/power of each planet in horosacope is VERY difficult and tedious process to calculate.
(1) The rasshi in paeticular house
(2) The planets in particular house
(3) The drushti, kendra/pratiyog of those planets with other planets.
(4) The OWNER of that house, its Rashi, placement, sthan, drushtis on it.
(5) THE PRESIDENTIAL planet: the KARAK-Graha of the thing you are looking at.
For example: 7th house is looked for marriage (Shukra is Karak) but 7th hosue is also for MAHA-YUDDHE...KARAK would be Mangal. So totally two different KARAK planets for the things that you are looking for the same house!!
HItler had several planets in 7th hosue (MESH Rashit) including Mangal, Shukra, Ravi. So Mangal in 7th house Swagruha with Ravi also uchcha...!!!
Sachin has Mesh Ravi ATI_UCHCHA, its owner Mangal is also Makar (Ati uchcha) and its owner SHani is also ini a GREAT Rashi for SHani(Vrushabh) and good nakshatra...so 3 pidhya changalya nighalya mhanun evadhe yash milale..

oh ok. so actually 180 degrees means going over another planet and not on the same side.
In one of the horoscopes above where shukra was with harshal in 7th, will gochal harshal going over(1st house) these two show the severity or actually while passing over the 7th house itself. My confusion is that, a gochar planet when goes over itself, is it actually going over 7th house from where it is present in horoscope or the actual house?
kontaa graha kontyaa raashit uchhichaa hoto hyaachaa thoktaalaa kasaa kaadhalaa jaato? I mean its fixed now ki planet x is uchha in y raas. but any specific reason behind this particular relation?

(1) Neptune, YES...Tumache post barobar ahe. Neptune Lagni, 3rd house, 5th hosue and 9th house are good. Tyachyawarun Chandra (short term) athawa Guru jatanna (long term) kahi sakshatkar whayachi NAKKI shakyata asate.
HOWEVER, aaj kalachya DHAKADHAKIchya jeewanat sakshatkar sathi wel ahe kunala? You need to do a meditation, concentration, focus at least 1 hours a day (ekant-was) to understand/receive such "Sakshatkari" signals.
Mazha Neptune lagni ahe Chandrabarobar. It is Vargottam also in Vrushchik raashi and close to lagna-bindu...But Swapne padanyamadhye itaka "Noise" ahe ki actual data "parse" karane awaghad jaate farach. (1) Chandra (Paani) is 5th house aspected by Guru (2) "Bhaum" Mangal is aspected by Guru if not in the best sign. So it is ok. Guru is wakri which is owner of 4th house, this is a bit of a worry, Dhar-Sod whayachi shakyata ahe shetit-sudhha. Ekach goshticha pathpurawa is MUST in this horoscope.
(2) Amey: If he is going ot be Computer Engg then why do a Networking cousre??? What is the rational?? I don't think I can/should answer this question using horoscope?
Anyways: Lagnesh Budh ahe, to 3rd house madhye ahe ani janmahi 5 tarakhecha ahe (Budh), so I guess, expressing/dalan-walan or communication sathi changala ahe. SO networking is not bad option but "Systems programmer" hot ahe ki just BDA sort???

(1) Aho patriket Mangal wakri asun to Shani chya pratoyogat ahe. Barobar pratoygat Ravi and Shukra ahetach. Shani swa-gruhi asalyamule ani Mangal Sivhet asalyamule barech bare ahe but this shows "issues with authorities, seniors" which cause issues on professional front.
(2) Shukra is with Ravi/Shani and pratiyog with Mars, Current Antardasha is of Shukra (good materialistically but tanavn in spouse relation due to mool horoscope stiti). Also Harshal is also with Mrs and adding to overall complications.
(3) Sinvhastha madhye (from July 2003 to August 2004) many of the issues could have neen resolved or some direction would have acheieved.
(4) Now from July 2007 to Sept 2009, you would enter a phase where "Reality Check" w.r.t Siblings, Spouse, Seniors/mentors is going ot happen. I advise diplomacy in this period while dealing with controversial issues. Try to stay "fair and balanced" which Shani likes.
(5) Actually July 2007 Sadesati would be over and there would some relief but the above period of 2.5 years is again something to deal with somoe care.
(6) Mercury is in neech rashi Meen (Bholsat pana). As it is owner of Ascendant and Moon sign, I suggest wearing PAACHU/Emerald --> This would certainly help. As Mahadasha is also of budh until 2018, it is highly advisable.
