I am assuming that Sept 19th in Bellevue, WA comes under daylight savings, that is, the timezhop would be -7h (& not -8h as it is during standard time).
(1) So assuming dayligth savings on 19th Sept, the Horoscope that Pandit came up with is WRONG. It would be Mithun lagna in 1/2nd degree. But with -7h time the lagna raas is Vrushabh iin Rohini nakshatra and owner of 10th house is in 3rd and has a GREAT speed at the time. Also there is no aspect on 10th house of any malefic. There is 4th aspect of Mars on Saturn (onwer of 10th house assuming Vrushabh lagna) but it is not anshtmak i..e in degrees. So even if that is a singlemost criteria, even then father's soukhya is not at all a issue rather, worst case father's life should be 65 ish. (His own horoscope of course matters). Saturn's aspect on Sun is again not anshatmak....and for vrushabh lagna it would be raajyogkarak. Pitru karak Ravi is in Kanya rashi and in yuti with Mercury and distant yuti with Ketu, Guru..so no issues there either.
(2) Assuming no-daylight saving, Mithun lagna: Raahu comes in 10th house in Meen rashi (12), Its owner is in 4th house. Raahu/Ketu always give effects as per their sign's owner. So Guru in 4th house with Sun and also Guru aspects 10th house, so again not a big dfeal in my opinion.
So in **my** opinion the there is hardly any issue to worry about either way. However to get correct horoscope we need a confirmation about timings of daylight savings (my knowledge it is April to Nov) So Sept is with daylight savings.
Either way Saturn's aspect on Sun could be a worry and father could have some health issues (stomache?) from Sept 2009 to March 2012 but I do NOT at all think that it is a worry as owner of Virgo/Kanya is ini Virgo itself....
To Summarize, although father's life tentatively seems to be 60-65 ish (again his will power could take him to 75-80 also...there is no fixed rule to compute such things in astrology).
Hope this helps. Do not believe everything astrolgers say..take it as a pointer to be aware of something nad not as 100% correct...!

You are talking about Meen rashitala shukra in 6th house, right? Lagnesh 6th mhanaje prakruti sambhalali pahije jenvha jenvha shani jail tya gharatun/rashitun kinva partiyogatun. Also a LOT depends on drushti of planets on this 6th house lagnesh. Guru's drushti would be GREAT Shani, Mangal's would be problematic. Again, there are MANY other factors, Chandra raas, nakshatra of shukra, Navamansh etc etc

Curently Guru is also in 10th house and shows time of consolidation and to increase ability/potential. When in Oct 2006 it comes 11th, it will start showing positive effects. Ram: I think this combination would be much better than Venus in Meen in 6th house. Again Is Moon in Krittika?
THis needs to be analysed in several different ways:
(1) Moon in 6th (Service sector, Sardicha tras, Kes galane?)
(2) Moon in Vrushabh (but in Krittika could increase sardi a little bit).
(3) 8th cha owner in 6th house:: Aai chya relatives chi property or some fayada? And also again could increase issues w.r.t stomache (6th house) or Dole/Jeebh as onwner of 8th in 2nd raashi.
Basically there is no simplete answer to such questions. Ekach yogacha effect manasachya ayushyat baghane faar awaghad asate. It is always combo of all yogas.

Overall doghe positive ani matured enough asatil tar go ahead for sure.
Ha doghannai 2008 faar chanagale ahe for marriage life. 2007 is also good overall. (After Oct 2006).

General thought that came to my mind:
On Nov 11, Shani goes into Sinvha rashi and in Oct Guru goes in Scopr. This situation is very good for MULAYAM Singh whos is Meen rashi and Vrushchik Ravi.
This is going to help him immensly, now will it go to the extent of making him PM is a separate question but I do see the possibility. But Around Jan 11, Shani would be back in Cancer and again cause Govt changes (if Govt changes happen around Nov in the first place).
Guess Mulayam is going to be next DeveGowda? Astrological situation is going to favor him QUITE A BIT.
