HONG KONG FRIED RICE
2 cups rice
1 cup noodles
3 tspn finely cut green chillies
2cup leaves of spring onions finely chopped
1 cup chopped onion
1tspn ajino motto
1/4 tspn pepper pdr
3 tspn soya sauce
1/2 tspn salt
2 eggs
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup boiled and shredded bone less chiken


2 cups rice cook in 8 to 10 cups of boiling water add 2 tsp of salt.
drain the excess water. . (dont over cook the rice...... ase kelya ni bhat ek dum sutta sutta hoto)
cook 1 cup of noodles in 4 cups of water........strain.

Heat 1/4 cup oil
to it add green chillies, chopped onion, ajino motto, pepper pdr, salt and fry for a few mins
add eggs and make bhurji
add noodles............. fry
add chicken ....fry
add 3 tspn soya sauce ........fry
add rice .........and 2 cups of leaves of spring onion.

my variation to this is if i add chiken cube for taste then i cut down on salt as the cubes are salty .
