CHICKEN MANCHURIAN
1/2 chicken boneless
1 egg
1 tspn ginger paste
1/2 tspn garlic paste
1/2 tspn salt
1tspn ajino amoto
mix all the above in a bowl and marinate the chicken for 30 mins
in a dish , mix 3 tspn of maida and 3 tspn of corn flour
roll the chicken pcs and deep fry in oil.
for the gravy it is the same gravy as in the veg manchurian ......instead of adding veg balls add chicken .......
