Madhoo : Hi ghe Veg. manchurian chi recipe :-

Cornflour 2 tbsps.
Cabbage grated 2 cups
Soya sauce 1 tbsp.
Carrot grated 1/2 cup
Spring Onion chopped 1/4 cup
Green chilies chopped 1 tbsp.
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp.
Coriander leaves chopped (optional) 1 tbsp.
Sugar 1 tsp.
Ajinomoto 1/4 tsp.
White pepper powder 1/2 tbsp.
Oil 2 tbsps.
Oil For frying
Salt To taste

1. Squeeze out excess water from grated cabbage. Mix grated carrot and cornflour into this. Rub this thoroughly to form a dough.

2. Shape into small balls and deep fry in medium hot oil till light brown.

3. Heat 2 tbsps. of oil in a work pan. Add chopped green chilies, chopped garlic and spring onions. Cook for about half a minute.

4. Add water or stock.add salt, pepper powder, Ajinomoto, sugar and Soya sauce. Bring it to a boil. Thicken with cornflour dissolved in cold water.

5.Add fried balls and serve garnished with Chinese parsley or spring onion top.

recipe: by saroj
i used 2 tbspn of soya sauce.
and in the vege i added 1 cup of cauliflower

Mi ek jyana flower chalat nahi ashya lokansathi chinese receipe tayar keli ahe. Try karun bagha.

2 Corn che dane kadhun te mixie madhe kadhun ghyavet. Tyat 10-15 garlic + ginger paste takavi. Tyat cornflower + maida + salt ghalun apan manchurian karto tase balls talun ghyavet.
macronies kami water madhe boil karun ghyavet.
Eka vok madhe oil+10-12 sliced garlic + chopped spring onion (As you wish) + soya sauce (As you wish) + salt (less quantity) (karan soya sauce & manchurian madhe already salt ahe. ) takave. Tyat manchurian kartana urlela cornflower + maidachi paste takavi. Thick paste karavi. Natar tyat manchurian + macronies takave. for garnishing chopped coriender leaves.

Hi receipe kidney stone valyansathi khas banavli ahe. Te pan gobi manchurian sarkha aswad gheu shaktat.

सोया सॉस आणि अजिनोमोटो जर नाहीच घातले तर खास असा काही फ़रक पडतो का.. कारण असे की फ़क्त ह्या पाककृती साठी हे व्यंजन घरात आणून उरलेले तसेच पडून राहीन..

आणि थोडी ढोबळी मिरची बारीक किसून घातली तर चालेल का..
