Has anyone invested in ULIP ?
I know basic things related to ULIP, but have heard lot of bad things about it.
Does anyone have experience investing in ULIP - pls share

मी nov मध्ये india ला जात आहे पण एकाच महिन्यासाठी..
माझी खरतर पुण्याला जागा घ्यायची ईछ्चा आहे, पण वेळ कमी असल्यामुळे काहि सान्गता येत नाही,
कोणाला पुण्याची एखादी चान्गली स्किम माहित आहे का? as in reliable builder and reasonable rates ..looking for 1 or 2 bhk..
आणी जर घर नाहि झाले तर पैसे गुन्तवायचे तरी आहेत i am not much into stocks,MFs पन MFs safe असतात अस कळल आपल्या पोस्ट्स वरुन.. पन सग्ळ्यात चान्गला option safe and good reaturns
कुठला आहे.. and if its MF,कुठले घ्यावेत?
please guide me..

ICICI तुम्हाला home search करयल मदत करते. मी घर शोधतान ICICI Homesearch चा वापर केला होत. प्रथम एक Form भरुन, त्यात तुमच्या requirements भरायच्या असतात त्याला match होणार्या properties ते search करतात आणी मग तुम्हाला दाखवतात. जर वेळ कमी असेल तर हे फ़र छान पडते. अजुन एक फ़ायदा म्हणजे या schemes bank approved असतात.
HDFC कडे पन अशी facility आहे असे वाटते Net वर search केल तर आधिक info. मिळेल

I need a suggestion. I am planning to make some conservative investment. I thought of FCNR in GBP which offers yearly 5% simple interest. Does anybody know any other conservative interest that will offer me more interest that this? I don't really care if the money remains in foreign currency or INR. Since I am not too sure when I will go back to India, I thought FCNR would be a better option but other suggestions are welcome too. Many thanks in advance.
