My friend has received two offers for Post baccalaureate Certificate program (12 months course) from university of Texas and Thomas Jefferson University, Philadelphia. The tuition, fees and living expenses are around $36,000 and he is not getting funding from any of the Universities. Can anyone suggest how to show the funding for VISA? How much will be the living expenses in Texas & Philadelphia? Can he get the student jobs over there?

Living expenses will be approx 20000 per year.
FUNDING FOR VISA:You will have to show liquidity thro'bank a/c,FDs etc equal to first year expenses .students job will be hard to come by and cannot be shown as means of providing funds at the time of visa
