माफ़ करा मध्यंतरी मी इथून गायब झालो पण आता परत एकदा लिहायला सुरवात करतो आहे.

मेग्गी, मी स्वत सुर्य नमस्कार घालताना नावाचा उच्चार करत नाही. पण तुला नावे हवी असतील तर मी ती लिहू शकेन.

अग्निसार कुणाला माहिती आहे का? अतिशय प्रभावी आसन आहे. in depth मधे लिहावे लागेल. अगदी कसे करतात आणि त्याचे फ़ायदे. नंतर लिहितो. सध्या फ़क्त हा बीबी activate करतो आहे.

अर्च, शिकलीस का प्राणायम? चल शिकव आम्हालाही :-)

मेग्गी,

सुर्याची बारा नावे ही आसनाशी जोडली गेली आहे आणि ते आसन झाल्यानंतर त्या नावाचा उच्चार करावा. ती नावे नि ती आसने क्रमानेच यायला पाहिजेत असे आहे.

योगा करण्यापुर्वी आणि योगाच्या शेवटी मंत्र आहेत ते म्हणायलाच पाहिजे. त्यातून उत्पंन होणार्‍या नादाचा आपल्या आजूबाजूंच्या लहरींवर प्रभाव पडतो.

सुर्याची नावे नी मंत्र उद्याला लिहितो.
