Kalindi, did you try any medication at all? I think it is althete's foot. I know one way to avoid this infection. Make sure your feet get a lot of air, if you had to wear shoes, use socks, wash them in warm water before using the same pair again.
Take some vinegar and put it in hot water, keep your feet in the water for 10 minutes and them rub off the dry skin. Clean the nails also. Then dry your feet and apply some medication like, Tinactin or Lamisil. Do this for at least a week.
You cannot restore the color of the nails, but once the infection is gone, you will grow healthy nails with natural color.

I want some help from you. Can you suggest any medicine for a skin desease called "NAYATA"(a marathi word, I dont know what it called in english).
I tried various lotions but can not cured it. It comes again & again. Pls help me........
