Mr Milind, thank you very much for your analysis on my horoscope!, it means a lot to me.
One more thing, I'v checked on my horoscope, I seem to have quite a bit of yoga's, one yoga that worriers me is the shahata yoga, where the moon is in the 12th from Jupiter, I heard this can cause poverty to the native, I'v got some fairly good yoga's such has the
Ubhayachari yoga, where their are favourable planets on either side of the sun, will that decrease the effect of the shahata yoga or will I need some sort of remedy to decrease the shahata yoga powers?

BKM: Pushkraaj/Yellow Sapphire would help you a LOT. Gomed is more for protection.
Amit/Mowgli: Guru 2nd to moon is a great yog. ALso, don't believe these yogas they are all contradictiry etc etc  A complete synthesis of horoscope is required to draw **any** minor conclusion. So forget about these complex names of yogas..they are as good as lengthy names of bacterias! A dcotor may use them to impress the patient.

(1) I think this is a good sthal in comparision. I don't see any major issues. Thoda acidity and stoomache sambhalale pahije as suggested in my post about the boy.
(2) Donhi chalel mala watate (usually ghalat nahit) Pun Cats Eye (Lasanya) is for protection. Diamond will be also good but can try later.
(3) Cats Eye : In right hand; Middle finger and on Saturday morning 6 to 7 after Puja. (Ketu cha Navagraha-mantra mhantala tar would be good)
(4) Usually Moti (Chandra) and Ketu ghalat nahit barobar but for her case it should be fine I guess as she needs it.

(1) Pune is known to be Kanya raashi. (Proven) like India is known to be Makar raashi. From MAy 2005 when Shani went 11th to Pune real estate prices doubled in 6 months!! Now After july Shani would be 12th (Sadesati) & would burst the bubble...(increasing supply: lavasa etc, decreasing demand and increasing interest rates, add a little bit of political uncertainty and you would have a problem!!)
(2) Even when Shani was 8th to Kany rashi from April 1998 to 2000 end. Pune real estate market had crashed. (8th is peeda sthan, mrutyu sthan etc).

Mr Milind I was wearing Yellow sapphire from 1999 to 2003 .One astrologer at my previous place of work had advised me to take it out.Donot know why he said so.I also wear a substitute of Neelam on my left hand and a panna on right hand.Do u think the combination with Yellow sapphire is advisable.I was also wearing red-coral but took it out as advised by the astrologer.This was 10 months back.

1) hyaat july 2007 to nov 2007 je tumhi mhanala aahaat, is that because of Guru aspecting Guru?(I assume that its from july 07 and not from Nov. 06 because of Shani's aspect on venus till july.)
2) Is it because of mercury too? I have read somewhere that if budh is involved in love/liking aspect, it happens with someone you have known for long. olkhitun/maitritun pudhe).
3) Also, hyaa case madhe background check kontyaa yogaavarun karaavaa ase disle? (venus with mars?)
4) One more thought: When you predict about love marriage vs arranged, is it like Guru aspecting moon first and then venus some time later in arranged cases and otherwise in love marriage? (of course with other supporting factors in the horoscope).

Hello Milind,
First of all, thank you so much for helping all of us!!
I had a question about my career. I had been a briliant student in my bachelors. After my marriage, I had to divert my career to a very different direction which I like and enjoy. Currently I am not sure where will we be settling. I am really curious how much higher education I would be able to persue and how well I will be able to establish myself as a careeristic woman.
More importantly I am curious (sometimes worried) about my husband's and my younger brother's career.

Milind, tumhi jevhaa paasun gemstones cha abhyaas kela ani ithe tyaa baabtit suggestions det aahaat tevhaapasun he vicharaycha dokyaat hota. this website I found on mantraas just opened it up today.
Gemstones certainly increase the effect of the respective planet, but there are certain mantras that do similar work. Basically, in cases where people cannot afford the the gemstones but want to work on the effects imme., these mantraas are certainly helpful. Or even in the cases when the person is very young say 7-8 yrs old. my own eg. I started chanting the mantra of Guru planet at the very early age(being suggested by a knowledgable jyotishi) and later got a gemstone.
If you check this website, it has all the mantraas listed for every planet. I am sure you must be already knowing abt these. But just have a doubt(saying this with full respect) that why don't you tell people to chant the respective mantra also when you tell them to wear a gemstone.
