मी एक नवरत्नाची अन्गठी घालते, ती खूप जुनि आहे अनि मल त्यातला एक खडासुद्धा पडला अहे  , पण ती माझ्या आजीची आहे आणी मला आवडते सुद्धा, म्हणून मी घालते, (हीरा आतल्या दिशेला ठेवुन)
पण मी अस ऐकल आहे कि नवरत्नाचि अनग्ठी न विचारता घालु नये,

(1) Tumache May 2005 to July 2007, Seniors shi jamayache yog nabvate farase..basically jara sambhalun wagayala pahije ahe hya kalat. After July 2007 you would see increasing support from seniors and due to 5th Guru, you would see something positive on the job front. Last few months were particularly bad due to wakri shani on Chandra and opposite to Surya/Mangal. So good-luck with that. I am sure something positive will happen in coming few months & specially after July 2007.
You must be quite independent and defainat at times but need to be diplomatic is "some" occasions at least (when necessary, not always). Thoda swabhavacha bhag specially dealing with seniors/authority **halu-halu** badalala paahije.
(2) (a) Tumachya patrikepramane 2008 and especially 2009 are good for Ghar etc as Guru would be going in 10th house on onwer of 10th house (Budh) and aspecting 4th house in patrika. Also in 2009 Guru would go over BHUMI-Karak Mangal...so some development certainly will be there. Even currently 2007 is not at all bad but just that 2008 & 2009 are a bit better on this front (for actual materialization of the efforts)
(b) Tumachya navaryachya patriket kahich problem nahiye ghara sathi as Bhumikarak mangal is in 10th hosue and also onwer of 4th house. Owner of 8th is also in 8th (Guru) so inherited land/home is quite possible. Swatahache ghar is good possibility in 2007 itself as Guru is going over Venus in 4th house and aspecting Mars ini 10th hosue directly!! He can enhance his Mars (wakri) by wearing "Powale" (in tambe?) in anamika in right hand. This will certainly help with overall Mars-effect as it is also Raaj-yogkarak for his horoscope.
As Raas is Dhanu, actual manokaman could get fulfilled in 2008 but 2007 itself is good one.
