(I use mixture of 1 part whole milk and 1/4 part heavy cream for rabdi or similar kind of recipes). Surprisingly, khava is available in small frozen packs at some indian grocery stores nowadays. agadi same paneer sarakhach pack asato. me ekada try kela aahe ani ekdum uttam quality cha aahe.

suppose u failed in preparing gulabjamun, say " virkhalae" then do one thing first take them out off 'pak; then simply pour little bit of condenssed milk on it , decorate with badam, pistacho etc. & keep it in refreigerator. It tastes good.
