RB here you go -
Sakharamba -

2 cups of grated raw mangoes (peeled)
2-3 cups of sugar depends on sourness of raw mangoes.
Cardmom powder, Few threads Saffron

Mix all together and leave it for like 1 hour. Then put the vessel on stove with medium flame. cook it until the sugar syrup is thick enough (2 tarI pak ).

Sakharamba is ready (That means it doesn't take long time to make unlike pickle) ... so when shall i come to eat :-)
