राजसी, रवा दोसा ः ३ कप रवा, १ कप तांदळाची पीठी, ताक, हिरवी मिरची, आवडत असल्यास आले व कोथिंबीर बारिक चिरून, जीरे, मीठ. पीठी व रवा ताकात मिसळून मीठ घालून एक तास ठेवणे.पीठ एकदम सैलसर हवे. नेहमीच्या दोश्यापेक्षा बरेच सैल. हवे असल्यास थोडे पाणी घाल. नंतर बाकिचे सर्व साहित्य घाल. तवा तापवून बाहेरुन आत पीठ घालणे (पीठ पातळ असल्याने पसरवता येत नाही). कडेने थोडे तेल सोडणे. छान जाळी पडते. पीठ सैल असणे महत्वाचे. कधी कधी २.५ वाटी रवा, अर्धी वाटी मैदा, १ वाटी तांदळाची पीठी असे प्रमाण घेऊन देखिल करता येइल.
