kala maI ka^fIÊ caa^klaoT banaanaa smaUdI kolaolaI. Here is the recipe -
1 Banana - fully ripe.
1 table spoon of cocoa powder (preferably unsweetened)
1 tspoon instant coffee
2-3 seedless dates
1/2 cup milk of your choice
(I used 7-8 soaked almonds instead of milk to make it little creamy)
put everything (expect milk) in blender churn until it turns into paste. Then add milk and mix it well.

Papaya Almond smoothie -
1 fully ripe small papaya (mango size)
7-8 soaked almonds
2-3 seedless dates
1/2 fully ripe Banana
Blend all well with little water. (if you don't like nuts substitute with milk of your choice)

You can use these recipes to make - strawberry banana smoothie, Mango smoothie, berry blast smoothie.
I don't like milk so I tend to use soaked nuts or just plain water. But you can surely use milk.

You can try this too
Watermelon Smoothie
1 small sized Watermelon
Ice cubes as required
1/2 cup Strawberry crush
4 sprigs Fresh mint leaves
1/2 inch Ginger (roughly chopped)
Cut the watermelon into small pieces and refrigerate for some time.
Put the watermelon pieces into a blender. Add ice cubes, strawberry crush, mint leaves and chopped ginger and blend.
Serve in tall glasses.
