maze methiche parathe nehmi kadat hotat. maze kaay chukate te koni sangu shakal ka?
me asha paddhatine karate----
pratham methi nivdun-dhuvun - barik chirun ghete. tyat ala-lasun-mirchi paste, dhana-jeera powder halad limbu meeth teel ghalte.
tyanantar gavhachya peethat 1-2 chamche besan ghalun varil sarva mix karate, tyavar thode tel kivva mohan ghalte. nantar regular peeth malate thode pani ghalun. nantar 1 taas thambun magach parathe karate.
pan kadhich soft hot nahit.
konala yaat kahi improvement suchavayachi asalyas pl sanga.

kahi vela me parathe hatane thapun karate. plastic paper var thode tel lavayache ani tyavar thode sailasar parathyache pithacha gola thevun hatala tel lavun thapayacha (phakta botani, purna hat na vaparata) or tyavr dusare plastic paper thevun halakech latayacha. ani tavyavar takun thode tel sodayache. varun zakan thevayache.ani gas med karayacha. mhanaje khup mau hotat. varachi baju koradi padali ki mag ulatayacha paratha. ani parat dusari baju na zakalata bhajayachji.

parathe mau honyasathi ajun kahi tips :
1. Kanik bhijawatana : garam tel ghatalelya komat/garam panyaat ghalun kanik ekdam neet malaayachi.
Deepanjali sarakhech mee pan 1-2 chamache dahi ghalate kanik malatana. Dahi ambat asale tar meeth nasale tari chalate.
2. Paratha thodaa latun zalaa ki 2 type ni ghadi ghalataa yete (pratyek fold war tel ani pithi lawun):
- Poli karatana ghalato tashi trikoni
- dind karatana ghalato tashi chaukoni
( samorasamorachya baju ekmekanwar fold karun laambat rectangular akaar hoto, mag uralelya 2 bajunchi ghadi ekmekanwar ghalun chaukoni )
Ghadi zali ki mag paratha jaadsar latayacha.
3. Paratha donhi bajuni ardhawat shekun zala ki mag tel kiwwa butter lawun khamang bhajayacha.
4. Paratha zalya zalya waaf kadhun aluminium foil madhe gundalun thewayachaa .

Chirleli methi, Palak ani Kothimbir yanchaa mix parathaa pan mast lagato ekdam.

Methiche parathe ase try kara...chan lagtat..
1.Methi chi bhaji barik chira
2. Red chilli powder or green chilly
3. Turmeric
4. Salt
5. Besan - 3/4 cup
6. Wheat Flour - 2 cups
7. Jwari Flour - 1 cup
8. Bajri Flour - 1 cup
9. 5-7 Flakes of Garlic
Barik paste kara Red Chilli Powder(or green chilly) ani garlic chi...Sagali pithe ani paste ektra kara...Ghatta mala ani dahi pahile taka mag pani lagel tevadhe taka,thode tel...nantar as usual parathe kara ...ani bhajtana thode dabun bhaja ...tel kinva tup shevati var lawa...
