mala mahit aslele corn club karve road aani model colony (ithe saglyat aadhi suru zalele) aahe.

me corn bhel ashi karte:

1 cup boiled corn chilled
1/2 cup grated carrot
1 medium onion finely chopped
1 medium tomato finely chopped
1/2 cup coriander finely chopped
1 large boiled potato chopped
1/2 cup ghatt dahi
1/2 cup barik shev
1 tsp chat masala
1 tsp lime juice
1 finely chopped green chilly
1/2 tsp powdered sugar
1/2 tsp cumin seeds powdered.

Keep aside sev and half the coriander. Just before serving mix ingredients well in a large mixing bowl.
Transfer to individual bowls. Garnish with shev and coriander.

2 muthi kothimbir, chirun.
1 motha kanda. chirun.
1/2 chamcha halad.
chavipurte mith.
phodaniche sahitya ani tel.
eka bhandyat phodani karun halad ani mirchya partun ghyawya. tyat kanda ghalun partava. kanda shijla ki corn ani mith ghalun don da wf ali ki kothimbir ghalun kadhave.
he madhlya weles khayla hi karta yete. yat thode danyache kut ghalun bhaji sarkhe poli baro bar khata yete.

Itsme , chinese bhel chi recipe :

Ingredients

100 gm. noodles
1/2 cup chopped button mushrooms
1/2 cup sliced baby corn
1 capsicum, julienned
2-3 tbsp. finely chopped spring onions (chopped along with some of the tops.)
1 tsp. soya sauce
1 tbsp. szechwan sauce
1 tbsp. Chinese chilli sauce
2-3 tbsp. tomato ketchup
3 tbsp. chopped coriander leaves
Oil for frying

Method :


Boil noodles in plenty of salted water till tender. Drain well.
Heat oil for deep frying and deep fry noodles in batches till golden. Drain well.
In very little oil, saute the mushrooms and baby corn till tender-crisp.
If desired saute capsicum as well or leave raw.
In a large bowl, mix together the noodles (break if they are sticking together), mushroom, corn, capsicum, onions.
Add soya sauce, szechwan sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and coriander leaves and mix well together.
If desired add a tsp. of vinegar if you want it more sour.
Serve immediately.

कॉर्न भेळ मधे पाणीपुरीनी दिलेल्या कृतिमधे चिंचेचे पाणी नाहीये. लागत नाही का? मला वाटलं होतं की चुरमुर्‍या ऐवजी कॉर्न वापरायचा आणि चाट मसाला. बाकी सगळं सेमच असतं कॉर्न भेळेत
