arre 3-4 types ni karta yetat ha prob aahe. ek padhhat dete :

sahitya:

saran:
matar,hirvya mirchya, kothimbir, barik chirlela kanda,aale, lasun, ekhada batata ukdun/kuskarun, garam masala,meeth,phodni che sahitya. aavdat aslyas ole khobre khavun. limbu kinva aamchur.

cover :
kanik (gavhachi), tikhat,meeth, telache mohan.

kruti:
matar vafvun ghyavet.nithalun thode thechun ghya (mhanje karaji phutnar nahi) aale, lasun, khobre,mirchya, kothimbir vatun ghya.
telavar mohri-hing halad phodni karun tyat barik chirlela kanda partun..gulabi(!!) jhalyavar vatalela masala taka,thechlele matar taka.nantar batate kuskrun taka (yane saran milun yete..arthat avdat aslyas),garam masala,meeth,limbu pila or aamchur paavdar.
in short saran sadharan korde karayche aahe.

aata cover: kanik meeth tikhat kadkadit tel ghalun ghatta bhijwa.min aardha taas bhijli pahije.

maag tyachya purya latun tyat saran bharun, katnya ne kapun karnjya kara. Telat tala ani khhhaaaa!!

bake karychya astil tar agodar telane "brush" kara. pastry dish madhye nan-katai,cake pramane bhaja.
