pramaaN ase mahiti nahi pan sadharan 1 cup applesauce la tevathech lemonade ghalatat. baki velachi pud vagaire takayachi ani mag thodech pani ghalun pataL karayache.

गुळापेक्षा साखर घालणे जास्त योग्य होईल. तसे फ़्रीजमधे ठेवल्यास महिनाभर टिकते. अलिकडे बंद पाकिटात टिकाऊ पन्हे मिळते. पण घरी करुन जात दिवस टिकवायचे असेल तर प्रिझरवेटिव्ह घालणे चांगले.

सोडियम मेटा बायसल्फाईट आणि सोडियम बायसल्फाईट असे नाव आहे. मोठ्या दुकानात सहज उपलब्ध आहे ते. ( दुकानदाराला सांगितले कशासाठी पाहिजे, तर ते योग्य ते देतात, तसेच किती प्रमाणात वापरायचे हे पाकिटावर दिलेले असते ) पण अगदी जरुर असल्याशिवाय, म्हणजे फ़ार मोठ्या प्रमाणात करुन खुप दिवस टिकवायचे असेल तरच ते वापरावे.
