-----BREAD SNACK-----
INGREDIENTS
5slices of bread
1/2 tep. garlic paste.
1 beaten egg.
150 gms. grated cheese
50 gms. chopped tomatoes and capsicum ,optional.
salt to taste.
METHOD
mix the grated cheese,garlic paste and the beaten
egg in a bowl. spread the mixture on each slice. sprinkle the chopped tomato and capsicum.
bake the slices in the pre-heated oven for 7-10 munites and serve hot.
