 मला छोट्या छोट्या बटाट्यांची दही-पुदिना घालून भाजी करायची आहे. याची  idea BBQ  च्या  BB  वर मिळाली. पण मला हे बटाटे  BBQ  करता येणार नहीत. घरी  oven  मधे कसे करायचे?
 
 या बटाट्यांचे आणखी काय करता येईल? थोडं वेगळं आणि चटपट काहीतरी.

 Try this recipe. It turns out well.
 
 
 Achari Aloo
 Ingredients
 Baby potatoes - ½ kg
 Onions - 1 ½ cup, sliced
 Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
 Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
 Curds - 1/2 cup
 Oil - 4-5 tbsp
 Long yellow or green chillies - 10-15 as per taste
 Salt - to taste
 Powder the following together
 Fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp
 Kalonji (onion seeds) - 1 tsp
 Cumin seeds - 1 ½ tsp
 Mustard - 2 tsp
 
 Boil and peel the potatoes.
 Mix with curds, ginger-garlic paste and salt. Keep aside for ½ Hr.
 Slit the chillies.
 Heat oil in a kadai and fry onions till light brown.
 Add the chillies and the potatoes and cook till the liquid dries up. Continue to cook till potatoes are well roasted.
 Add the masala powder. Fry for 1 minute. Add ½ cup hot water and simmer for 5 minutes and remove from fire.
 *Powdering such small quantity in a mixer may not be possible. So, powder about four times the given amount and store the remaining in a air tight container. Can be used in dry sabji's for good flavor.
